Arya Organic (open-box)

I firstly bought Ananda Nano. Not really satisfied. So just a few days after I bought Arya Organic and I like it. BUT, 6 weeks I try to contact your customer service to return my Ananda Nano ! You have to accept my return, 6 weeks I send mails ! So please, contact me.

The headphones are great. Unfortunately, they shipped with a different cable to that as advertised. It was around a week, with the Customer Support saying that the cable would be shipped and nothing arriving. It was only after I purchased a 3rd party cable and requested a partial refund from HiFiMan that I actuallycould listen to the headphones. They sound really good and I worked recommend. However, the aftersales service was poor.
